Q: How are you able to offer these dresses at such low prices?
A: Bridesmaids by Jump is able to do this by offering these dresses only online, direct to the consumer from the manufacturer, and eliminating the “middle man” (retailer).
Ordering, Shipping, & Returns:
Q: How far in advance should I order my dress?
A: We suggest that you order at least 8-12 weeks in advance to allow time for alterations and possible out of stock delays. Although most items available for online purchase are in stock and ready to order, there will be occasions where we might have a high demand for certain items. You will be notified within twenty four (24) hours should an item take longer than the normal 30 days to deliver.
Q: My bridesmaids live all over the country. How can I coordinate their purchases?
A:Bridesmaids by Jump is happy to be an over the internet only manufacturer sending you dresses direct from the designer. Shopping online is an easy way to coordinate with your bridesmaids through choosing your dress and purchasing. Our website is specifically designed to share our dresses with your bridesmaids at any point by just clicking on the “Email a friend” button on the upper right hand side of any page. Purchasing at Bridesmaidsbyjump.com is safe and secure using the “Yahoo store” to process your order. And if for any reason you need to return and exchange your dress, we offer a “no fuss” return policy.
Q: How much is shipping and what method is used? Can I get it overnight?
A: Standard shipping in the continental United States is free! Free shipping is delivered via UPS Ground. If needed, we can also ship dresses overnight delivery or 2 day service for fee, which is automatically calculated when you check out. These options are provided in our shopping cart when you make your purchase.
Q: How will my dress arrive?
A: We take extra care that your dress arrives to you in impeccable condition. Your dress will arrive in a box, on a hanger, folded and wrapped in tissue, ready to wear.
Q: What is your return policy?
A: Bridesmaids by Jump wants your shopping experience to be fun and easy. Bridesmaids by Jump also offers a “No Hassle” Return Policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your dress for any reason, as long as you do so within ten (10) days of receipt. The dress must be unworn (except for trying it on for fit and appearance), and with all tags in place. Call our Customer Care Center at 1-877-863-JUMP (5867), or email us at email@example.com within ten (10) days of receipt to request a return label. At that time, a prepaid shipping label will be emailed to you; print the label and affix it to the original box containing the dress – it’s that simple! You can either drop off the box at any UPS location or you can call UPS at 1-800-PICK-UPS (742-5877) to schedule a pick up. Once the garment is received at our warehouse, you will receive a full refund for your purchase. Note that dresses returned after ten (10) days of receipt of merchandise will be reimbursed for store credit only.
Q: I don’t live in the US, do you ship internationally?
A: We do not offer international shipping at this time. Please check back with us in the future.

Q: I am concerned with purchasing my bridesmaid’s dresses over the internet. You don’t have a store where I can go and try on the dresses. How can I feel confident that your dress will fit?
A:Bridesmaids by Jump is a division of the Jump Apparel Group who has been making evening wear for almost 20 years! We pride ourselves on having the most researched and perfected fit for our garments. You have worn our dress to your proms and formal events and now you can wear us to your wedding. Please refer to our “About us” section to assure you that we are not only an established company, but we are respected in the evening wear industry by every major department store chain and more.
Q: Do you have my size?
A: All our dresses are available in sizes 4 to 20. Please check out our “Measurement Chart” to determine the right size for you
Q: How can I determine which size is right for me?
A: We pride ourselves on our fit; to determine your size, please follow the instructions on how to achieve your perfect body measurements on the “Measurement Chart” page
If your body type falls between two sizes then we recommend you order the larger size. Of course, you can always contact Customer Service if you have any questions about sizing.
Q: How do I measure myself?
A: Bridesmaids by Jump has provided a comprehensive guide for taking your measurements on the “Measurement Chart” button on the Product Detail Page.
Q: Can a Bridesmaids by Jump dress be tailored?
A: All of our dresses can be professionally tailored to fit you perfectly. If your measurements indicate different sizes for the bust, waist and hip we suggest ordering according to the largest measurement. Dresses can be taken-in, but due to the normal seam allowances, there may not be enough fabric to release to the size needed.
Q: My bridesmaids are all different shapes and sizes. Which styles will flatter a wide range of figures?
A: All the Bridesmaids by Jump dresses were designed to flatter a wide range of figures. Please refer to our “Term Dictionary” for how a specific dress types fit.

Q: I am interested in having my bridesmaids wear a few different styles and fabrics in the same color. Do all your colors match?
A: Bridesmaids by Jump has specifically designed our collection to mix and match any style, color and fabric of dress. We pride ourselves in purchasing fabric that is dyed to match our exact Bridesmaids by Jump colors. You will never have to worry about all of your bridesmaid’s colors not matching however you choose to dress them.
